GENERAL TRADING CONDITIONS TERMS OF PAYMENT: 7 days net. Penalty interest will be charged after the payment due date at a rate of 0,1% per day. TERMS OF DELIVERY: Delivery at point. Delivery can be made on request to more than one address at an additional charge will be applied. DELIVERY TIME: Standard products as agreed, normally 2-3 days. An additional delivery charge will be applied for express delivery. DELIVERY CHARGES: Additional charge will be added to all orders of less than 100 EUR. PACKAGING: Packaging, pallets and pallet collars will be charged for. COMPLAINTS: Any complaints relating to goods should be made within 10 days of receipt. PRICES: We reserve the right to amend our stated prices during the course of the year for reasons such as raw materials cost and exchange rate fluctuations, or any other unforeseen changes in costs.
