241 THE BETTER SHOPPING EXPERIENCE NEW PRODUCT GRAVITY BINS Bins 3eBin ™ The ecological, economical and ergonomic gravity bin Technical features Manufactured from virtually unbreakable material and approved for food contact. Our gravity bins are completely sealed and dust proof. Guarantees ‘first in first out’ stock rotation. Available in 7,5, 12,5, 20 and 50 litres. Options include agitator, baffle, perpendicular signage and funnel. Cleaning To maintain a fresh bulk display it is recommended bins are cleaned regularly. The frequency of cleaning depends very much on the stock rotation speed and on the type of merchandise in the bins. 4eBin ™ / 3eBin ™ Installation on crossbar and shelf: • Remove shelves and install the crossbars at the desired height. • Place the metal holder on the crossbar in the desired position. • Hang the gravity bins onto the metal holder. • Place the swing down arm on the crossbar in the desired position. • Hang the gravity bins onto the metal holder. • As a final step, fix the screws that lock the holder onto the crossbar. • Fix the profile onto the shelf at the right depth (put 1 foot at each shelf end as help). • Mount the bin to its foot. • Angle bin slightly when inserting it into the profile. Push it into the desired position. • Foot in combination with the profile locks the bin in place. With holder: With swing down arms: With foot: Components for 4eBin ™ and 3eBin ™ are compatible.
